Comparison of 2 Flat vs. Condo
The following is
a comparison between the cost of purchasing and maintaining this
two flat vs. a 3 bed/2+ bath condo.
1) * Assume 5% increase compounded over 5 yrs
2) BOLD items are tax deductible. 2 flat tax deductions are 50% of
total cost
3) Tax deduction for 2 flat does NOT include depreciation or
